I am in love with this body balm. It is so hydrating, smells amazing and feels so good on my skin. My only complaint is that it’s hard to pump out of the bottle. I tried thinning it down but couldn’t find a suitable product. After the bottle is about half gone, it’s hard to get the rest out without a lot of effort. It’s not stopping me from buying but I would sure like to see the issue looked into.

I love this product but they have to do something about the packaging. About 1/3 of the product is unusable because the pump doesn’t work and you can’t get the product out of the small neck of the container. When is this going to be fixed?

I love this product. It moisturizes and feels wonderful. I’m hoping to see some results on my 67 year old skin but am not expecting a miracle

I so agree with the other reviewers. The product is beautiful but it should be in a tube or another container because after it’s halfway done the pump doesn’t work.
