stand by our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with
your OSEA products you may send them back to us within 30 days of
purchase for a full refund or credit, minus the shipping charges. Please securely
wrap the package and send your return via FedEx, UPS or US Post Office. OSEA is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Where does OSEA’s seaweed come from?
OSEA’s
seaweed comes from a breath-taking, but desolate beach in
Patagonia--almost as far south as you can go before you reach the end of
the world. Here, the clean coastal waters provide a pristine
environment for sustainably harvesting the purest seaweed to found
anywhere on earth. These cold remote waters are rich in nutrients and
marine life.
Are OSEA's seaweeds organic?
Our
hand harvested seaweed grows naturally in the pristine waters of the
Sea of Patagonia and is sun-dried on the shore. Our seaweed is certified
USDA organic and is also food-grade. In our opinion that's as pure as
it gets!
I am allergic to shellfish, can I still use OSEA products?
People
with shellfish allergies can absolutely use OSEA products however,
those with iodine allergies should not. Shellfish allergies and iodine
allergies are two separate issues.
